No, not at all. I went to bed at a decent hour, but I woke up around 5 with a sore throat and only dozed a little after that. Now I'm queasy, and tired, and kind of achy. And my temperature is a little elevated - not feverish at all, but half a degree higher than it usually is in the morning.

Sounds like a virus to me. I plan to treat it with rest, TV, ginger ale, and dry crackers.

That's exactly what I had yesterday! Right down to the barely-a-fever fever.

A day of lots of sleep and fluids pretty much set me to rights again. Hope you're feeling better by tomorrow!
