Starting off right.

I expected to have a busy day today: five patients in seven hours, with just enough time in between for lunch and paperwork. That was how it was supposed to happen. Instead, within ten minutes of my arrival at the clinic my three morning patients had called and cancelled. Furthermore, I forgot my Palm Pilot today. That means not only that I can't reschedule them (because I have no idea what appointment times I have free Thursday or next week), but that I don't have access to my games or reading material.

I've crept into someone else's office to use the computer briefly, because my office has no computer. I can't stay here and reply to the comments to my last post, much as I'd like to. I'm all caught up with my case notes. I didn't bring a book, because I wasn't taking the train and didn't expect to have free time during clinic hours.

What am I going to do with myself today?

Update: When I went to lunch I found my Palm on the seat of my car. It must have fallen out of my purse. Yay! Now at least I can reschedule my patients. And Space Trade.
