Eventually I plan to post an illustrated travelogue - sometime after I finish sorting through, cleaning up, and uploading all 200 of our vacation pictures. For now, here are a few of my early favorites:

Storm clouds brewing over Trail Ridge Road.

Sometimes you just have to take a picture that looks like a calendar page. This is Sprague Lake.

It took some experimenting to discover a comfortable hiking carry. I'm smiling in this picture because I've finally managed to shift Alex off of my lungs. At Nymph Lake, on our way to Dream Lake.

A coyote walked within ten feet of us as we paused to admire the view above Moraine Park. My first ever coyote sighting.
