Yup. I have the same issue. I can pump a little bit--enough for the occasional bottle if I need to be away from the baby for a few hours. I never leaked and I can't hand express more than few drops.

Pumps cannot simulate the effective part of a baby's suck. My boobs refuse to give up the juice for anything other than a baby.
