must be the day for verizon woes. our dsl cut out sometime between noon and 4pm. the frontline tech tried to blame it on my network card. no go. i wasn't going to be deflected that easily. i'm in the industry and i know it wasn't that. asked to speak to a supervisor who researched further and confirmed an issue with something at the central office. it should be fixed within 24-48 hours. dialing into the work line until then. ugh.
