Let me recommend Polite Dissent (http://www.politedissent.com/house_pd.html), the blog of a doctor who does regular reviews of House.

He gives each episode three grades: one for the medical content, one for the mystery plot, and one for the ongoing soap opera.

He does a nice job of picking the show apart without taking either it, or himself, too seriously.

I'm eagerly awaiting the day they get Stephen Fry to come in as a guest star for House. Can't you just picture it?
