In the middle of a House episode, I tripped harder than usual on a medical idiocy.

"Why would you [commit a medical idiocy]?" I yelled at the screen.

"Rivka," Michael said patiently, "...you're asking a medical question of Bertie Wooster."

I saw one episode of that show, and spent the entire time ranting at the screen about what a rampaging jerk the main character was and how he wasn't making any brilliant medical deductions, he was just grasping at theory after theory until one of them happened to end up being right.
