In the middle of a House episode, I tripped harder than usual on a medical idiocy.
"Why would you [commit a medical idiocy]?" I yelled at the screen.
"Rivka," Michael said patiently, "...you're asking a medical question of Bertie Wooster."

That scope doesn't go with that scanner. That's not how an MRI display looks. You can't do that with that radar and besides his uniform is wrong and his hair is out of regulation and if someone of this rank talked like that to a general he'd be shot out of a gun like puffed rice.
They'll be showing something about a guy being brought into an ER with a railroad spike completely through his head and Himself is complaining they won't pan back and let him see which portable xray the tech rolled into the examination room!
