There won't be lots of noisy things like sawing going on even if you're home during the day, just ripping and hammering, which will probably be pretty muffled if you're on the first or second floor.

What a tremendous relief! Thank you. Obviously the big thing that we are apprehensive about is naptime, so this is encouraging information. Alex's room is on the third floor, but we could easily set up the Pack-and-Play in our room for a few days.
