While it depends on the week, it averages less than five, I think. Though definitions vary--if (for example) cattitude roasts a chicken Sunday night, and on Tuesday we have cold leftover chicken, bakery rye bread, and pre-cut "baby" carrots, does that count as producing a cooked meal on Tuesday?
I admire and envy people who can work full time and do that much cooking. I might manage a little more if I skipped going to the gym--but I can pay someone to cook dinner in my place, and I can't pay them to do my workouts, not usefully.
