The conventional sex ed wisdom says....

The proper ones, as much as possible. Then they don't learn that those parts are shameful (i.e. we only joke about those body parts, so there must be something wrong with them), and if something's going on (a medical issue, someone touched them, etc.) you can know *exactly* what they mean, without having to guess or translate from toddler-ese/slang/etc.
