I think both competing bids for the Bay Area were withdrawn, so it's still up in the air. (And I am not looking forward to seeing how that plays out, after Boston. Whee.) Probably 11 will be around there, though. I'd like to see midwest after that, but I'm not the one who gets to organize it there so it's not for me to say.
