Sick.

Violently ill last night - thought it was food poisoning, something that would go harmlessly away once my stomach was empty.

Woke up this morning with difficulty. Moving around makes me feel vaguely ill. Watching text scroll on my screen makes me feel vaguely ill. My tea tastes funny.

I think I won't be going to work today.
