Because the people who make Le Petit Ecolier cookies make an extra-dark version.

I've always loved this basic cookie form: mild butter cookie topped with a slab of dark chocolate. Carr's Dark Chocolate Imperials. Dark Choco Leibniz.

And now there are these, the perfect example of the form. Seventy percent cocoa. Bitter and rich and intense enough to curl your toes, the bitterness just relieved by the sweet butter cookie.

I'd say it was better than sex, but then, I've always been one to embrace the power of "and."

Having seen the former Governor of Vermont more than once, and him having seen me whilst I'm in my pajamas, I would be surprised if you, whom I have always understood to be female, looked much like him.

We should talk Dean sometime. I have done a lot of Deaning. I'm just coming off it, but I could use a good fix of smart chat.

Damn, I want that cookie. Lacking that, or any other form of dinner at hand, I think I'll have to have a pizza delivered. Oh wait, it's 10pm. No matter, they'll do it.

I thought maybe you'd never seen a picture of me before because you were mostly reading my posts to howard_dean, which use this icon. But instead, I see that I've just come off as sounding very strange. ;-)
