...and an announcement that the respectfulotter feed is rather spotty. I seem to recall ribarambles having the same problems - cheshyre, did you ever figure out anything useful to do about it?
Couple troubleshooting tips I've picked up along the way: (1) Make sure the site & feed file is accessible. Try opening it in your blog to make sure it's working. [At least once, LJ choked on my feed because Blogger was updating it at the same time LJ tried to read it.]
(2) LJ can't handle feeds larger than 150k. This gets a slightly different message than when it just can't read the page at all. Like me, you write somewhat lengthy posts. The feed contains the last 15. In IE, after opening up your feed URL, you can right-click and select properties to see the size.
(3) If LJ hasn't read your feed, and the userinfo has outdated times, that often means there's a problem on LJ's end. Check the userinfo of some other syndicated feeds and see if they're similarly overdue, and if so file a support ticket...
Now, that's my general advice off the top of my head. In short, first step is to see if it's your problem (trouble connecting to the site/page or feed too big) or LJ's.
I just went to your userinfo and tried to click the XML link and it doesn't seem to be opening. Your userinfo says your feed is generated by blogstreet and their RSS Discovery says "The URL has an invalid RSS file" On the other hand, it seems to be current in LJ, so who knows what that means.
Hope all this helps. Sorry for the delayed response.
