After my gallon donation (done at Basic Training, on four hours of sleep, after weeks of four hour nights, and a week of 2-3 hour nights) I decided it was enough.

If the Red Cross was smart enough to have a ht/wt chart they'd never let me donate.

So I don't any more... if someone I know is in dire need, I'll cough it up... but for less than that it's too hard on the system.
