I was a zombie for the entire first and third trimesters - I feel your pain. The upside for me was that I could go take a nap without feeling guilty at all.
So go take a nap. :)
This, too shall pass. Before you know it, you'll be exhausted because your child kept you up all night crying with gas pains. :) But that's OK, too.
