It's like Christmas!

rivkaI came in to work this morning and discovered that my free samples from the ID lubricant people had arrived. Here's the haul:
- Foil packets of strawberry-kiwi and pina colada-flavored lube.
- Plastic pillows of banana, watermelon, bubblegum blast, and cool mint-flavored lube.
- Ziploc bag containing two Lucky Boy brand condoms and a foil packet of wild cherry-flavored lube, emblazoned with a sticker that says "Nobody strikes out with a Lucky Boy."
- Two plastic pillows of "ID Sensation Warming Liquid."
- Two foil packets of ID Velvet, their super-premium silicone-based lube.
- Two foil packets of ID Glide water-based lube.
- Three plastic pillows of ID Millennium silicone-based lube.
- Seven plastic pillows of ID Glide, in various sizes.
Plus a catalog! I'm going to get to go on a shopping spree, at warehouse prices available only to nonprofits! I'm drawn to the case of lube samples (water-based, silicone-based, warming, and flavored), 1008 for $160. I'm also thinking of getting some 1-oz bottles of plain lube ($1.46 each) to use as demonstrations/giveaways when we do our Sexual Communication Skills workshops, and some larger bottles (maybe packaged together, a 5.5-oz bottle of plain lube and a 4.8-oz bottle of flavored lube) to use as patient incentives. (They get to choose from a basket of assorted incentives, including gift cards, gift certificates, and miscellaneous gift items.)
And polyurethane dental dams (no taste of latex), $59 for a box of 100! Harm reduction kits for injection drug users with alcohol pads, cotton balls, and rinse caps, $119 for a box of 100!
I'm going to resist the "Property of DUREX Varsity Swim Team" T-shirt with the picture of a sperm, and the World AIDS Day condoms packaged like lollipops, and the $80 cutaway female pelvis for modeling the use of female condoms and diaphragms. But I'm still going to have lots of fun.
