New computer, yay!

rivka...Well, new to me, anyway. It's refurbished. But gosh, is it nice. 160GB hard drive, a GB of RAM, a DVD player, and more cute little bells and whistles than you could shake a stick at. A slot right on the front of the computer for our camera's SD card! Music controls right on the keyboard!
We haven't yet attempted to pull my old hard drive and extract its contents, so I'm still holding my breath a bit. I don't have backups of all my photos or music, not to mention more than six years of old e-mail. But still: new computer! Shiny! With a net connection!
