From tammylc and kightp, the LJ Interests Collage. I was struck by how hard it often was to figure out what interest of mine was being portrayed by a given picture; they're not strictly alphabetical, and the connection with the image is often tenuous. But if you click through all ten (or whatever) images tenuously connected to the same underlying concept, eventually it's possible to figure it out.

Should you choose to make one of these for yourself, be forewarned: many of the images that come up are NSFW. Very, very NSFW. Even if you don't have any NSFW interests.

I got the same GBS photo, and clicked around to get a different one. I also like that one, but really, it was an even choice between two. *sigh*

I also had a waking dream this morning that I was at a chantey sing on the Balclutha (a historical national park service ship in SF, and they indeed host sings) and GBS showed up and sang along.

In my head, GBS means "George Bernard Shaw." I don't see him in this montage, but perhaps I'm not looking closely enough. When I imagine him singing along, he sings loudly, firmly, defiantly off-key.

I too was surprised by the large number of not safe for work images. And how difficult it was to figure out which was which. In my case, however, they did seem to be strictly alphabetical, so I was able to use by interest list as a crib sheet.

I had to delete a few images for which there were just no suitable images. Given the NSFW issue even on perfectly benign interests like "ice cream," you can image the sort of thing I was getting for "Eating out."
