We saw them last year at the 9:30, and I thought it was a good venue for that kind of show. What don't you like about it?

I really like the club as a venue, I just hate getting there (I generally don't drive in DC if I can help it, and the Metro hours during the week at least don't necessarily line up with the end of the show). It's slightly less annoying to me now that they've got the parking lot behind the club, so long as I get there in time to take advantage of it.

Oh. Yeah, it's not so much fun to drive there - of course, coming from Baltimore we don't have much of a choice. But I like it as a venue too - it's a good size, and comfortable, and I don't end up with a sore throat from the smoke. (From the singing, sure, but that's my own fault.

You could always try to make the Baltimore show instead, but I imagine that Towson (NE Baltimore suburb) is a bit of a hike from where you are.
