Today is Misha's birthday. He doesn't have a LiveJournal I can link to so you can leave good wishes, but he reads this one religiously.

*grin* He did. He looked stunned, but definitely pleased.

I had a very vivid dream, just before I woke up, that he opened the present and was totally uninterested. In my dream, he was poking around in the wrapping making little sarcastic comments, not even bothering to look at the actual gift. Then he told me that you had told him what it was going to be, so he wasn't even surprised - much less pleased or excited.

Fortunately, that's not how the actual occasion went at all. But it was very strange to have such a real-seeming dream about an event that was going to happen just minutes after I woke up.

How odd. Fortunately, the evil deamon who inspired that dream doesn't know me as well as you do. Doesn't know Misha very well either, for that matter. (Go 'way deamon. Shoo.)
