I am craving limeade. The fizzy kind. Mmmm, sour.

Sadly, I have no prospect of getting any.

I haven't opened the bottle yet (so I don't know how sour it will be), but we got some sparkling limeade at Trader Joe's over the weekend.

It's good! If it's not sour enough, just add a twist of fresh lime or lemon.

3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce Simple Syrup
Club soda
Lime-peel spiral, for garnish

I love lemonade and limeade but most are too sweet for me. I've learned to make my own and its super easy!
